CollabNet CollabNet Inc. CollabNet, the leader in open source development solutions, needed a new corporate identity that would allow for brand recognition throughout the marketplace. CollabNet suffered from an identity issue due to their previous namesake- Collab.net The press and others unfamiliar with the company would refer to it as "Collab" or Collabdotnet;" this was a problem from a corporate identity standpoint. The decision was made to drop the dot from the corporate namesake and give the unified impression of a company by using a strong yet approachable logotype. This project entailed letterhead, business cards, signage, creative vision documents, marketing materials, and identity guidelines.
